How to hold a circle authentically - practical examples of how to get buy in, conduct a circle, and not feel like a fake doing it!

Holding a circle with students can be intimidating to say the least! This workshop will talk through some practical steps on how you can set the scene for a circle (or a variation of one), the process and how to do it in a way that feels authentic to you. It will cover the themes of holding space, personal boundaries, being open with what you're trying to achieve and how to make it feel relevant to the students. You will leave the workshop with an outline example of what a circle looks like, and practical ideas on how you can adapt this is meet your own needs.
