The programme is designed to be educational, interesting, challenging, and inclusive. It's put together by the conference programme committee and combines plenary speakers and concurrent papers which are submitted via an abstract submission process. Read more on the submission process.
The conference is aimed at Actuaries from all industrys. Anyone looking to upskill and keep abreast of the latest trends and developments should attend. The conference is open to members and non-members of NZSA.

The NZSA Conference will be held over four days, at the Trinity Wharf Hotel, located at 51 Dive Crescent in Tauranga.

The conference is being held at the Trinity Wharf Hotel, where over 80 accommodation rooms are on offer. The Devonport Hotel (15 minute walk) & Hotel Armitage (10 minute walk) will both be serviced by a complimentary shuttle in the morning and evening.
Smart casual or business attire is appropriate.

All registration payments must be made prior to the conference to confirm your attendance.

The weather in Tauranga at the time of the conference is Spring, during the day temperatures range between 10 to 26 degrees celsius. Recommended dress for Tauranga is short sleeved shirts and shorts or skirts. Packing a light jacket and sweater just in case the weather turns cool is advisable.
The conference social events will commence with a Welcome Function at Trinity Wharf on Sunday evening, followed by a Social Evening at Hobbiton on Monday, an afternoon of recreational activities on Tuesday followed by the Gala Dinner at Mills Reef Winery on Tuesday evening.
