Christchurch Adventure Park

Christchurch Adventure Park opened in December 2016 and was open for 8 weeks before a fire in the Port Hills caused serious damage to the infrastructure and forest forcing the closure of the Park. Within the first 8 weeks, 50,000 guests visited the Park and the reopening is eagerly anticipated. The Adventure Park boasts New Zealand's longest chairlift which was specifically designed with the rider in mind and provides access to what will be the Southern Hemispheres largest gravity assisted trail network.

Visit the Park during this exciting and demanding rebuild phase and tour the village and base station area (subject to construction and logging operations) before hearing from the Park's Operation Manager, Mike Johnstone, who has been working in the industry for over 30 years. The discussion will be followed by afternoon tea in the Village Café with the opportunity to meet and chat with more of the team.
