Medical Students*
A Medical student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or a holder of an international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. A copy of your student identification card must be sent to the Symposium Coordinator amelia@conference.nz. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

 

Privacy policy
The information supplied via the online registration process will be shared and used by Australasian College of Emergency Medicine. The Privacy Act 1993 requires that, before your personal details i.e. name, email, organisation can be published in the list of delegates either for distribution to fellow delegates or any other third party, your consent is required; if you decide to opt out and do not give consent your personal details will not be included in the list of delegates for that conference.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Symposium Manager in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $150.00 will be made providing notification is received by Friday 1 February 2019. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
